To adopt one our Awesome Greyhounds, please fill out the Application Form. Indicate whether you are looking for a pet greyhound or a service dog and answer all questions. 

 

The application form is intended for us to become more familiar with your needs in the adoption process and to determine if this is the right breed of dog for you.

 

There will also be a home visit required and, once the affirmative decision is made about the adoption, you will have to fill out the adoption contract to enable you to adopt a specific greyhound.
