Challenge Coins

A challenge coin is a coin or medallion, bearing an organization’s insignia or emblem and carried by the organization’s members. Traditionally, they might be given to prove membership when challenged and to enhance morale.

Historically, challenge coins were presented by unit commanders in recognition of special achievement by a member of the unit. In addition, they are also collected by service members and law enforcement personnel. They are also exchanged in recognition of visits to an organization.

Challenge coins are becoming popular with police departments, fire departments and fraternal organizations. Many non-profits, especially those with connections to the military, give challenge coins to donors to acknowledge their support of the organization. The AGA Hounds & Heroes challenge coin is solid brass. Don't miss out - order yours today!
